WILL NORTHERN

Owner and Founder

LinkedIn logo

Fort Worth native Will Northern holds a B.B.A. from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business. Early on he learned about the real estate business firsthand by managing and redeveloping his family real estate portfolio, made up of a dozen historic buildings located around the courthouse in San Saba, TX.

Will is the owner of Crescendo Development, which he founded in 2023 to pursue his goals of historic preservation and adaptive reuse in projects across his hometown of Fort Worth. He has established, owned, and operated realty and property management companies for nearly 15 years.  Will received his broker’s license in 2010 and his real estate license in 2008.

Being civically minded, Will spends much of his time giving back to his beloved community. Most notably, he served for eight years on the Fort Worth Zoning Commission. Appointed to the District 1 seat by former mayor Betsy Price, Will served for eight years, three of which he held the position of chair. In many ways, Will has been a “sparkplug” in redevelopment activities, especially in South Fort Worth. These include the Development Committee of Near Southside, Inc.; Public Affairs Committee for the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth; Leadership Fort Worth; Historic Fort Worth, Inc.; and Mistletoe Heights Neighborhood Association.

Will was recognized as one of Fort Worth’s 400 Most Influential People in 2024 by Fort Worth Magazine. He is a 2019 recipient of the Charles Tandy award presented by the Texas Association of REALTORS® for outstanding transaction of the year; 2018 recipient of the Charles Tandy award given by his peers at the Society of Commercial Realtors of the Fort Worth Association of Realtors; and 2015 recipient of the Fort Worth Business Press 40 Under 40 award. He has been named a Five Star Professional by Texas Monthly, featured in Money Magazine, and was voted as a top Fort Worth REALTOR® by Fort Worth Magazine. Will lives in a historic house in Fort Worth with his wife and three children.
